Tina Ghataore is the President of Mynaric USA where she leads the efforts to position Mynaric as the preferred laser communication provider for aerospace application for both government and commercial markets. Prior to joining Mynaric USA, she was the Executive Vice President of Inflight Connectivity Solutions at Yahsat, a leading UAE Satellite Operator where she was responsible for the overall strategy and execution of enabling Yahsat to launch into Mobility Satcom Services business.

Tina brings 20+ years of experience in the aerospace/aviation and telecom industries. In 2007 she founded The EKKAM Group, a strategic management consulting firm focused on serving clients in the aerospace/aviation and telecom industries. Key notable clients included Airbus, Panasonic and Thales.

Prior to starting her own consulting business, Tina served as Director of Broadband Communications at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where she was instrumental in efforts to launch the Panasonics Global Communications Services business, currently serving over 80+ airlines globally. Tina also served as the Director of Strategic Software Applications where she was charged to establish the strategy and grow the software, applications and media business, serving the In-Flight Entertainment and Communications industry.

Tina started her career at The Boeing Company’s Satellite Systems business unit. She was integral to the building and launch of Connexion by Boeing (CBB) business, the first of its kind true broadband communications services for commercial airlines. Previously, as part of the business development organization, she participated in the early pursuits of the Teledesic (LEO) and Ellipso (MEO) satellite programs. She was also a key member of the due diligence team efforts, resulting in acquisition of Hughes Space and Communications.

Tina received her Bachelor of Honors Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Kingston University in the U.K. She is also a graduate of the International Space University.

Brigadier General Robert M. Collins assumed the charter from Lieutenant General David Bassett, Program Executive Officer for Command, Control and Communications – Tactical (PEO C3T), during a ceremony today at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Brig. Gen. Collins comes to PEO C3T after serving as the Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S) since May 2019, where he provided technical and managerial oversight of the development, acquisition, fielding, and lifecycle support of the Army’s portfolio of intelligence; electronic warfare; cyber; integrated base defense; force protection; position, navigation, and timing; biometrics; and target acquisition programs. Brig. Gen. Collins makes his return to PEO C3T after previously serving as the product manager for Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increments 2 and 3 from April 2010 to July 2013, among many other assignments within the broader acquisition community.

Dawn Harms is the Chief Executive Officer at Momentus and member of their board of directors. A proven leader in the global satellite and launch services industry, Ms. Harms formerly served as Momentus’ Chief Revenue Officer. She was previously the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Boeing Satellite Systems International and has held executive positions at International Launch Services (ILS) and Space Systems Loral (now MAXAR). She received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has long served on their engineering advisory board. She is chairwoman emeritus of the Space and Satellite Professionals International (SSPI) and currently serves on ManSat’s board of directors.

Mr. Johnsen is Chief Financial Officer of SpaceX, overseeing the long-term financial development of the company, interfacing with the financial community and managing the company’s internal financial operations. Bret brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to SpaceX, mostly in highprofile, publicly traded companies. He has served in this role since joining SpaceX in 2011.

Previously, Bret spent nearly a decade at Broadcom Corporation, the world’s largest manufacturer of semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, where he helped transform the company into a leading Fortune 500 technology company. Starting out as Controller for a number of business groups within Broadcom, he quickly rose through the ranks. He ultimately was named Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, overseeing an 80-member accounting organization in nine countries.
