Unfortunately, no. But rideshare companies and taxis are widely available.

Where is parking at the Gaylord?
The Gaylord offers valet parking for $49/day and self-parking at a discounted rate of $20/day for SATELLITE attendees. In order to take advantage of the discounted self-parking rate, you will need to pay for your parking at the attendant station located near the Woodrow Wilson exit/entrance of the Gaylord. How do I obtain an invitation letter from SATELLITE for a visa application?
The fastest and easiest way to get an invitation letter is to use our letter generator tool. You can also contact inquiry@satshow.com to get your invitation letter.
I reside in a country that is restricted from entering the United States, what can I do?
You have the option to apply for a National Interest Exception (NIE) with your Visa application. More information on how to apply for NIE approval can be found on the US Embassy web site in your country, use this web site to find your local embassy: https://www.usembassy.gov/. In May, the NIE standards were updated to include travelers who will provide vital support or executive direction for economic activity in the US, allowing investors, executives, and other business travelers to qualify for NIEs.
While the application process may vary from country to country, you will need to submit an invitation letter from SATELLITE, which you can download through the form generator, or contact inquiry@satshow.com.
What are the dates for SATELLITE 2021?
The SATELLITE 2021 Conference is being held Tuesday, September 7 through Friday, September 10, 2021. The SATELLITE Exhibition is Wednesday, September 8 through Friday, September 10.

Online registration is the fastest and easiest way to register for SATELLITE 2021. If you need to pay via a wire transfer, you can send the completed PDF registration form to register@satshow.com. Does SATELLITE 2021 offer government and military discounts?
Yes! Active, full-time military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the government/military discounted rates for the Conference Registration Packages. To obtain the military and government rate, simply select the option during the online registration process, and please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event.
Please note: Contractors do not qualify for military discounts.
Business formal is encouraged for all events at SATELLITE 2021 Conference and Exhibition. Military personnel are encouraged to their wear duty uniform.
Will WiFi be available during the conference?
Yes, there will be WiFi available during SATELLITE 2021 and throughout the Gaylord National Convention Center.

Can my company reserve meeting space or meeting suites at SATELLITE?
Meeting space and meeting suites are reserved for exhibiting and sponsoring companies only, and are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Contact Michael Cassinelli at mcassinelli@accessintel.com for more information and for meeting space availability.
Are there dates for SATELLITE 2022 yet?
SATELLITE 2022 will take place March 21 – 24, 2022 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C.
SATELLITE 2023 will take place March 13 – 16, 2023 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants of SATELLITE 2021; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to register@SATShow.com or SATELLITE 2021, Attn: Registration, 9211 Corporate Blvd., 4th Floor, Rockville MD 20850. Please note: There will be a $25 charge for badge reprints requested onsite.
How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is May 17, 2021. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future SATELLITE event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Inquiry@SATShow.com prior to May 17, 2021.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend the SATELLITE 2021 Conference and Exhibition. There are no exceptions and this rule is strictly enforced.
