January 14, 2021 – The Center for Disease Control has issued a requirement for proof of negative COVID-19 test or recovery from COVID-19 for all air passengers arriving in the United States starting January 26.
You have the option to apply for a National Interest Exception (NIE) with your Visa application. More information on how to apply for NIE approval can be found on the US Embassy web site in your country, use this web site to find your local embassy: https://www.usembassy.gov/. In May, the NIE standards were updated to include travelers who will provide vital support or executive direction for economic activity in the US, allowing investors, executives, and other business travelers to qualify for NIEs.
While the application process may vary from country to country, you will need to submit an invitation letter from SATELLITE, which you can download through the form on this page, or contact [email protected].
