Richard French is Rocket Lab's Director - Business Development and Strategy, Space Systems. Joining Rocket Lab following 12 years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Mr. French is responsible for providing launch and on-orbit solutions for United States civil space customers such as NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), as well as international civil space customers.

Mr. French spent several years at NASA JPL as an engineer working across various missions, including the Soil Moisture Active Passive mission (for which he won the NASA Honors Early Career Public Achievement Medal for his work as a lead system engineer) and helping to land the Curiosity Rover on Mars. After moving into a managerial role in the Space Technology Mission Directorate at NASA HQ and then JPL's Space Technology Office, he made significant contributions in implementing public-private partnerships with companies like Blue Origin, Astrobotic Technology, and Made in Space and standing up NASA's first start-up accelerator program with Techstars.

Eric von Eckartsberg is Group Chief Revenue Officer of Kleos Space, SA, responsible for worldwide sales, business development and marketing. Prior to joining Kleos in January of 2021, Eric was Chief Revenue Officer for Vricon, Inc., a joint venture of Maxar Techologies and Saab, the international defense corporation, which was acquired by Maxar in 2020. Over a 25-year career in the private sector, Eric has held sales and business development leadership positions in the geospatial, cyber, and artificial industries, including positions at Endeca Technologies, Visual Sciences, Digital Reasoning, RedSeal, and Basis Technology. Prior to moving to the private sector, Eric served over 10 years as an operations officer with the CIA, with overseas service in Asia.

Edward Berger is responsible for the analysis and implementation of joint ventures, strategic alliances, and other growth opportunities for Intelsat. Since joining Intelsat in mid-2006, Mr. Berger had led a variety of business development initiatives in the areas of mobility and partnerships. Mr. Berger has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications and satellite industries. Prior to joining Intelsat in 2006, Mr. Berger held senior management and board positions with Inmarsat, COMSAT, Lockheed Martin and Sprint. Mr. Berger holds a degree in mathematics and Economics earned at Rutgers University. He also earned an MBA from Cornell University and a Masters in International Management from the University of Leuven in Belgium. Dr. Vigeant-Langlois is Managing Director at AE Industrial with a primary focus on new business development and portfolio management across AE Industrial's funds in private equity, venture capital, and aircraft leasing, where she serves on the Investment Committee of AE Ventures, and on AEI's Origination Guidance and Sustainability Committees. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors of AEI portfolio companies: Alpine Air, Applied Composites, Columbia Helicopters, Edge Autonomy and G.S. Precision, and on the Boards of Directors of AE Ventures portfolio companies: Eos Aircraft, FLYR, Gamma Alloys, Near Earth Autonomy and Revolution Space. In addition, she also serves as a Senior Commercialization Advisor with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency of the US Department of Defense focused on breakthrough technologies for national and economic security.

Prior to joining AE Industrial, Dr. Vigeant-Langlois worked for GE Aerospace as Chief Executive Officer of the GE Passport joint venture with Safran and IHI, and as program management executive responsible for the Passport, CF34-3 and CF34-8C engines on Bombardier and Mitsubishi's aircraft. Previously at GE, Dr. Vigeant-Langlois played a key role on the founding team that launched and grew GE Additive as a leading force in industrial 3D printing, and led the strategy and global field marketing teams supporting the sale of GE Aviation's engines, systems and services across commercial, business and military aviation.

Before GE, Dr. Vigeant-Langlois led commercial, product and engineering teams in aerospace and high-tech industries. At Sikorsky Aircraft (Lockheed Martin), she launched new engineering innovation, ran defense offset programs and led the Operations Analysis and contract R&D teams. At aircraft lessor CIT (Avolon), she gained increasing responsibilities in acquiring $9B of aircraft and engines. At The Weather Company, she led the democratization of cockpit weather information and the launch of SiriusXM Aviation Weather. She also previously transported air freight flying Learjets across North America.

She received SM and PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, is a graduate of the International Space University space studies program, UTC's Darden executive program, several GE Crotonville programs, the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and completed the CFA Level 1. She is a certified FAA commercial pilot with Learjet privileges and a flight instructor in gliders. She also serves as Board Advisor to health tech company Triangulate Labs, and is a member of The Wings Club and PEWIN.

Elias has extensive experience in sales and business development in the Asia Pacific region. He has spoken on panels at previous Satelite shows, NAB, CommunicAsia among others.

William Markey is President of RCBG, a management consulting and advisory services firm in TMT. RCBG assists management teams, boards, and investors in growth strategy and value creation. The firm's satellite clientele includes Boeing, Lockheed, Intelsat, Echostar, and Kymeta, and private equity firms. Last year, RCBG led the acquisition of Newtec for ST Engineering, the parent company of iDirect.

Mr Markey began his career at Motorola, including the Iridium spin-off, AT&T, and the World Bank. He is a member of several advisory boards, and previous chairman of Seachange, a video distribution company. William is a graduate of Georgetown, Columbia, and Johns Hopkins universities, and currently lives in Chicago where he is an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary in the Great Lakes region.
