Richard French is Rocket Lab's Director - Business Development and Strategy, Space Systems. Joining Rocket Lab following 12 years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Mr. French is responsible for providing launch and on-orbit solutions for United States civil space customers such as NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), as well as international civil space customers.

Mr. French spent several years at NASA JPL as an engineer working across various missions, including the Soil Moisture Active Passive mission (for which he won the NASA Honors Early Career Public Achievement Medal for his work as a lead system engineer) and helping to land the Curiosity Rover on Mars. After moving into a managerial role in the Space Technology Mission Directorate at NASA HQ and then JPL's Space Technology Office, he made significant contributions in implementing public-private partnerships with companies like Blue Origin, Astrobotic Technology, and Made in Space and standing up NASA's first start-up accelerator program with Techstars.

Eric von Eckartsberg is Group Chief Revenue Officer of Kleos Space, SA, responsible for worldwide sales, business development and marketing. Prior to joining Kleos in January of 2021, Eric was Chief Revenue Officer for Vricon, Inc., a joint venture of Maxar Techologies and Saab, the international defense corporation, which was acquired by Maxar in 2020. Over a 25-year career in the private sector, Eric has held sales and business development leadership positions in the geospatial, cyber, and artificial industries, including positions at Endeca Technologies, Visual Sciences, Digital Reasoning, RedSeal, and Basis Technology. Prior to moving to the private sector, Eric served over 10 years as an operations officer with the CIA, with overseas service in Asia.

Edward Berger is responsible for the analysis and implementation of joint ventures, strategic alliances, and other growth opportunities for Intelsat. Since joining Intelsat in mid-2006, Mr. Berger had led a variety of business development initiatives in the areas of mobility and partnerships. Mr. Berger has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications and satellite industries. Prior to joining Intelsat in 2006, Mr. Berger held senior management and board positions with Inmarsat, COMSAT, Lockheed Martin and Sprint. Mr. Berger holds a degree in mathematics and Economics earned at Rutgers University. He also earned an MBA from Cornell University and a Masters in International Management from the University of Leuven in Belgium. Elias has extensive experience in sales and business development in the Asia Pacific region. He has spoken on panels at previous Satelite shows, NAB, CommunicAsia among others.

William Markey is President of RCBG, a management consulting and advisory services firm in TMT. RCBG assists management teams, boards, and investors in growth strategy and value creation. The firm's satellite clientele includes Boeing, Lockheed, Intelsat, Echostar, and Kymeta, and private equity firms. Last year, RCBG led the acquisition of Newtec for ST Engineering, the parent company of iDirect.

Mr Markey began his career at Motorola, including the Iridium spin-off, AT&T, and the World Bank. He is a member of several advisory boards, and previous chairman of Seachange, a video distribution company. William is a graduate of Georgetown, Columbia, and Johns Hopkins universities, and currently lives in Chicago where he is an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary in the Great Lakes region.
